We are looking for a Growth & Strategy Intern who is curious, proactive, and excited to understand how businesses grow. The role will involve working closely with the growth and leadership teams on research, strategy, business development, market analysis, and growth initiatives.

This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to real business problems, client conversations, market trends, and strategic decision-making.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Support the team in developing and executing growth strategies and initiatives.
- Research potential clients, partners, industries, and business opportunities.
- Assist with lead generation, prospect research, and business development activities.
- Support preparation of presentations, proposals, reports, and strategy documents.
- Track growth metrics, campaign performance, and other relevant data.
- Assist in planning and execution of events, Closed door roundtable roundtables, campaigns, and networking initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of growth projects.
- Identify new ideas for improving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and business outreach.




- Monitor industry developments, especially in AI, technology, and emerging business solutions.
- Support the leadership team with ad-hoc research and strategic projects.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in business development, strategy, sales, marketing, research, or event coordination is a plus, but not mandatory.
