We're FinApp by Pulse Labs Research, hiring our first Growth & Client Success Executive (Tele Marketing cum Business Development & Sales Executive) in Jaipur — and whoever takes this on reports straight to me and our founding team. No three layers of management in between.

Pulse Labs already powers the mutual fund infrastructure behind 49+ fintech platforms across India. FinApp is our newest move — a B2B2C platform built for Mutual Fund Distributors — and we're just getting started. This is ground-floor, high-ownership territory. ?

? What You'll Do

1. Call Mutual Fund Distributors across India and introduce them to FinApp
2. Book product demos and follow up until they sign up
3. Personally onboard new MFDs — welcome calls, live walkthroughs, training
4.



Be their go-to person afterwards for support and troubleshooting
5. Feed what you learn on the ground straight back to the founding team

? What We're Looking For Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with robust communication skills welcome)
1. Comfortable talking in Hindi and English
2. Curious, not defeated, when someone says no — wants to know why, not just log it and move on
3. Basic comfort with Excel/Sheets and WhatsApp for work
4. Patient enough to explain things twice — a teacher, not just a pitcher
5. Prior telesales/BD/BFSI-fintech experience is a bonus, not a requirement
