Role Description The Ground Instructor (CPL Holder) will deliver high-quality ground school instruction to pilot trainees, focusing on subjects such as air regulations, navigation, meteorology, and aircraft technical knowledge.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classroom sessions, conducting exam preparation and revision classes, and assessing student progress through tests and feedback. The instructor will ensure training materials remain current with DGCA and international standards, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and support students with academic counseling and doubt-clearing sessions.



The role also involves collaborating with other instructors to improve curriculum, participating in internal training and audits, and promoting a safe, disciplined learning environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur and Delhi.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience and Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with strong theoretical knowledge of core aviation subjects and familiarity with DGCA or equivalent regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in ground instruction or pilot training, with the ability to design structured lesson plans, deliver classroom lectures, and evaluate student performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple batches, maintain training records, and meet academic timelines.
- Proficiency with classroom technology, training software, and basic computer applications (e.g., presentation tools, learning management systems).
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and ethical training practices, with a student-centric approach and mentoring mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, science, engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior airline or flight operations experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary training team.
