We're a growing startup looking for a creative, hands-on designer who can own our entire online visual presence website, app, and social media while also helping us grow our digital footprint and support business development efforts.

If you love design, know your way around Figma and Canva/Photoshop, and want real ownership (not just execution) at an early-stage company, this is for you.

Important: This is not an execution-only design role. We're not looking for someone who waits to be told what to research or post. You'll be expected to research relevant trends, content directions, and brand positioning yourself, and take ownership of what gets posted, how it's presented, and which direction the brand's online identity takes. The strategy and the design are both yours to drive.

What You'll Do

- Design and maintain visuals for our website and app (UI/UX support - wireframes, mockups, layout improvements)




- Create graphics, banners, and posts for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Plan and manage a consistent content/posting calendar to build our online presence
- Collaborate directly with founders to shape brand identity and visual strategy
- Support the online/digital side of business development - identifying content angles, partnership visuals, outreach collateral, and helping represent the brand professionally online
- Stay on top of design trends relevant to startups in our space

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX (agency, startup, or freelance experience welcome)
- Proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch) and Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator
- A strong portfolio showing both social media/graphic work and web or app design
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing principles
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats - this is a startup, so the role will evolve as we grow
- Bonus: any exposure to outreach, partnerships, or business development activities
