- Design high-quality visuals, layouts, and creatives across print and digital formats
- Develop illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for eLearning and marketing content
- Work on learning materials including storyboards, course visuals, job aids, and facilitator decks
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and instructional design teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs for global clients

Requirement

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on graphic design experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Tools. Experience in InDesign is a must- have.
- Strong visual thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling designs
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask across projects without compromising quality
- Quick learner with a flexible, go-getter attitude
- Comfortable working with international clients and teams

Good to Have

- Prior experience in the eLearning or L&D; industry
- Exposure to learning materials such as eLearning modules, microlearning, or course content
- Experience working with international markets or global clients
