About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

You’ll work closely with our content and creative team to edit Reels, educational content, founder-led videos, and brand content, with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and retention.

What You’ll Do

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Create strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, and visual storytelling
- Add B-roll, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and other elements where required
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos
- Stay updated with social media trends and editing styles
- Work closely with the content team to bring creative ideas to life
- Take feedback and iterate quickly
- Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual and editing style

What We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of short-form content and social media editing
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, composition, and retention
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is a plus




- Ability to make videos engaging without unnecessary over-editing
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Someone who actively follows Instagram/YouTube content and understands what makes a video worth watching

Important Requirement You must have your own laptop capable of handling professional video editing.

This is an office-based role, and you will be required to bring your laptop to the office every working day and use it for editing.

- Experience editing founder-led, educational, business, or startup content
- Understanding of viral formats and social media trends
- Motion graphics and animation skills
- Basic color grading and sound design knowledge
- Experience working with creators or personal brands
