NAt Thrillophilia, we're building a travel brand that people don't just book with - they discover, follow and feel inspired by.

NWe're looking for a Designer who can bring our stories, campaigns and ideas to life visually. Someone who understands that good design isn't just about making things look valuable. It's about making people stop, feel, understand and act.

NWhat you'll do

- Design creative assets across social media, digital campaigns, performance marketing, website, CRM, brand communication and other marketing channels.

- Translate briefs, campaign ideas and marketing objectives into visually compelling creatives.
N
- Develop social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, ads, landing page creatives, emailers and other digital assets.
N
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, content and video teams to develop integrated campaigns.
N
- Bring travel destinations, experiences and stories to life through strong visual storytelling.
N
- Adapt creative conceptsinto multiple formats and platforms while maintaining consistency in the brand's visual language.
N
- Work with photography, illustrations, typography, layouts, colours and other visual elements to create distinctive work.
N
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and visual concepts, rather than only executing briefs.
N
- Create variations and iterations based on campaign performance, feedback and business requirements.
N
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, copywriters and other creative partners when required.
N
- Stay updated with design trends, visual culture, social media formats and emerging creative styles.
N
- Build and maintain a high-quality library of reusable design systems, templates and visual assets.

nWhat we're lookingfor

- 2-5 years of experience in graphic/digital design, preferably in a consumer brand, D2C, travel, lifestyle, media, advertising or creative agency environment.
N




- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design and visual storytelling.
N
- Strong understanding ofcomposition, typography, colour, hierarchy, layouts and visual communication.
N
- Good understanding of what makes content work across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Meta and other digital channels.
N
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or equivalent design software.
N
- Ability to take a broadbrief and independently translate it into strong visual output.
N
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
N
- Ability to work quickly, handle multiple briefs and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
N
- Someone who is comfortable taking feedback, iterating and improving their work.
N
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design can influence clicks, engagement and conversions.

- Basic understanding of motion/video or the ability to create simple motion graphics is a plus.

- An eye for photography and an understanding of how imagery can be used to build a brand.

- A portfolio that shows range — not just 20 versions of the same Instagram post.
