Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience who can create visually appealing and engaging designs for our digital products, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and client projects.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an IT company, software company, digital marketing agency, or similar technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, advertisements, presentations, and branding.
- Design marketing creatives, banners, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
- Develop visual concepts based on brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing, development, and content teams.
- Create designs for both Synx and client projects.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style.
- Understand design requirements and convert ideas into high-quality visual content.




- Stay updated with current design trends and digital marketing creative practices.

- Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Previous experience in an IT company, software company, digital marketing agency, or similar industry is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent design software.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Good to Have

- Video editing skills will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating short-form videos/Reels for social media.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Experience with UI/UX design or Figma.
