Rugsack Media & Events works across government communication, IEC campaigns, outdoor advertising, digital media, audio-visual production and events. Our clients include government departments, public-sector organisations, advertising agencies and private brands.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who understands communication—not merely design software. The candidate should be able to interpret a brief, identify the target audience and develop effective visual communication for both government and private-sector campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop creative concepts for government, corporate and commercial campaigns
- Design social media creatives, hoardings, banners, brochures, presentations, reports, event collaterals and IEC material
- Create artwork for print, digital, OOH, DOOH and transit-media formats
- Understand government schemes and convert complex information into clear, accessible communication
- Adapt master creatives into multiple sizes, languages and media formats
- Maintain visual consistency across campaigns
- Coordinate with content writers, project managers, vendors and client-servicing teams
- Prepare accurate,



print-ready and production-ready artwork
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
- Review all artwork carefully for spelling, alignment, branding and technical accuracy

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Minimum three years of professional graphic-design experience
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW and InDesign
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for both print and digital media
- Ability to understand Hindi and English content
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience with an advertising or creative agency
- Exposure to government communication, IEC campaigns, political communication, OOH or events
- Knowledge of video editing, reels or motion graphics
- Familiarity with Hindi typography and print-production requirements
