Junior Level / 0–1 Year Experience

We’re looking for a designer who thinks beyond the tools.

At Urreka, we believe positive design starts with a good idea. We’re looking for a curious, enthusiastic Graphic Designer who loves visual communication, art, drawing, and exploring ideas.

You don’t need years of experience. You need a good eye, a curious mind, and a genuine love for design.

What you’ll bring

- 0–1 year of experience — freshers are welcome.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A good understanding of design, drawing, colour, typography, composition, and art.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools and an interest in exploring how they can enhance creative work.
- A portfolio that shows your thinking and creativity , not just your software skills.




- An eagerness to learn, experiment, and try new things.
- The ability to take an idea and turn it into something visually interesting.
- Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus

Most importantly We’re not looking for someone who simply knows the tools or someone who lets AI do the thinking.

We’re looking for a designer who can bring their own visual thinking to AI , guide it with strong ideas, art direction and design sense, and turn those ideas into work that stands out .

AI is a tool. Your creativity is the direction.
