About the Role
Reaviva Holistic Health is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual content across digital, print and on-site brand touchpoints. The role will work closely with the marketing team on social media and campaign creative, and will support leadership with presentations and brand collateral.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all output while delivering a high volume of work to agreed timelines. Applications must include a portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Social media and digital
- Design posts, carousels, stories and reel covers in line with the monthly content calendar
- Create ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns in all required formats and sizes
- Iterate creatives based on campaign performance insights
- Design assets for landing pages, WhatsApp, emailers and promotional offers
- Edit short-form videos with titles, subtitles and basic motion graphics
- Deliver launch creatives for new services, packages and seasonal campaigns
Print and brand collateral
- Design service menus, brochures, leaflets, gift vouchers and packaging
- Create signage, standees, displays and event collateral for the centre and partner venues
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors on proofs and production
- Design presentations and proposals for leadership and partnership meetings
- Support photo and video shoots, including shot planning, image selection and retouching
Brand consistency and asset management
- Apply Reaviva's brand guidelines across all output and recommend refinements as the brand evolves
- Maintain an organised library of templates, brand assets and source files
- Route all medical claims and disclaimers to the medical team for approval before publication
- Use client images and testimonials only with documented written consent
- Prioritise requests across teams and deliver to agreed timelines
- Undertake such further responsibilities as the growth of the business requires
Requirements
- Three to six years of graphic design experience, in-house or with an agency
- A portfolio demonstrating brand, social media and print work (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Working knowledge of Canva and Figma
- Print production experience, including the preparation of print-ready files
- A refined aesthetic suited to a premium wellness brand
- Valuable written English and close attention to detail in copy
- The ability to manage high volumes and tight timelines without compromising quality
- Receptiveness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly
- Some experience in editing reels will be appreciated
Preferred Background
Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness, fitness, luxury hospitality or premium retail brands is preferred. Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects, and photography skills, will be an advantage.

Additional Details
Location: Santacruz West, Linking Road, Mumbai
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Working Pattern: Full time and on site, with one weekly off
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: Discussed at interview
