Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print, including social media creatives, website graphics, packaging designs, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing logos, brand identities, and campaign visuals, selecting typography and color palettes, and preparing artwork for production. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to translate brand strategy into cohesive visual communication,



maintaining design consistency across all touchpoints, and iterating designs based on feedback and performance insights.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality visual assets across formats.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent brand identities.
- Skill in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and aesthetic alignment with brand voice.
- Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, clean, and impactful design work, preferably in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Gurugram.
- Relevant degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
