? We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer | IFI TV Show

IFI TV Show is building its in-house digital marketing team! We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn creative ideas into compelling visuals that promote the show, expand our reach, and drive participant registrations.

What you’ll do

- Design registration banners, social media posts, carousels, digital ads, YouTube thumbnails, and show announcements.
- Work with our Creative Art Director to bring campaign concepts and visual briefs to life.
- Create multiple design variations for advertising campaigns and adapt them across platforms.
- Design graphics for participant spotlights,



audition announcements, countdowns, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Collaborate with content creators and video editors on graphics for reels and promotional videos.
- Maintain consistent branding, strong visual quality, and accurate details across all creatives.
- Manage feedback, revisions, and delivery within campaign deadlines.

What we’re looking for

- A strong portfolio of social media designs and digital advertising creatives.
- Experience designing for TV shows, media, entertainment, events, or audience-focused campaigns is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent professional design tools.
- Robust understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to make key information and registration calls to action easy to notice and read.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with creative direction.
- Motion graphics skills are a plus.
