Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets for personal branding campaigns, including social media content, presentations, marketing materials, and digital assets aligned with each client’s brand strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, collaborating with content and branding teams, translating brand positioning into cohesive visual systems, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.



The role involves preparing print and digital-ready files, iterating on feedback from stakeholders, and staying updated on design and branding trends relevant to personal branding.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging, brand-aligned assets.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including building visual identities and brand systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and brand tone.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, preferably in branding, marketing, or personal branding contexts.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sensibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
