We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong visual judgment to help us evaluate and qualify professional freelance designers across global design categories.

This is not only a production-design role. You'll review portfolios, client projects, and design samples to identify whether a designer meets professional-quality standards in creativity, execution, originality, and attention to detail.

You should be able to quickly understand whether a design is visually robust, commercially relevant, technically sound, and appropriate for the client's industry.

What you'll evaluate

Logo Design & Brand Identity Brand Style Guides, Typography, and Stationery Website, Landing Page, App, and UX/UI Design Illustration, AI Art, Character Design, and Storyboards Print Design: Brochures, Packaging, Labels, Posters, Catalogues, and Menus Presentation, Infographic, Resume, and Vector Design Social Media, Email, Web Banner, and Signage Design Book Covers, Layouts, and e Book Design Fashion, Merchandise, Architecture, and 3 D Design What you'll be responsible for:

Reviewing portfolios and linked projects for quality, originality, and authenticity Assessing visual hierarchy, typography, composition, colour, branding, and execution Evaluating whether designers can work across relevant industries, audiences,



and design styles Approving or rejecting applicants using defined quality benchmarks Writing clear evaluation notes and maintaining accurate review documentation Identifying recurring quality gaps and sharing insights with the internal team Supporting quality meetings with practical, design-led feedback What we're looking for:

1+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, visual communication, or design QA A robust portfolio demonstrating professional design thinking and execution Excellent understanding of branding, layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling Ability to identify both strong creative potential and technical/design flaws quickly Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern AI-assisted design workflows Strong attention to detail, consistency, and documentation A balanced perspective, able to respect creative originality while maintaining high professional standards Why join us?
