We're Hiring | Graphic & Motion Designer / Video Editor

nDiplomats Group is looking for a creative professional who can turn ideas and raw footage into exceptional visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. You should have a strong eye for premium design, excellent video-editing skills and the ability to take content from concept to final delivery.

nWhat you'll do:

n

n
- Design social-media posts, carousels, stories, campaign creatives and LinkedIn content.
n
- Edit reels, project films, walkthroughs, leadership videos and construction updates using office and site footage.
n
- Develop concepts, storyboards and visual narratives that make our content engaging and distinctive.
n
- Deliver polished video edits with strong pacing, colour correction, sound design, subtitles and motion graphics.
n
- Create brochures, presentations and other brand collateral while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
n
- Adapt content for different platforms, formats and screen sizes.
n
- Coordinate with our marketing team and photographers to plan footage and deliver content on schedule.
n

nEssential qualifications & skills:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree or recognised diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Multimedia or a related discipline.
n




- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
n
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
n
- Working proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics, animated typography and visual enhancements.
n
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
n
- Ability to independently execute both static designs and video content, with close attention to detail.
n
- A mandatory portfolio containing social-media designs and edited videos/reels. Clearly identify your contribution to each sample.
n

nPreferred:

n

n
- Experience with real estate, architecture, interiors, luxury or lifestyle brands.
n
- Photography, videography and shoot-planning skills.
n
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools while maintaining originality and quality.
n

nShortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a brief practical design and video-editing assessment.
