About The Role

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Graphic Designer Intern with between six months to one year of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, a strong sense of creativity, and the ability to work independently to contribute innovative ideas and execute compelling designs. This role primarily involves supporting our web and digital product design efforts, including creating website visuals, blog images, and various digital assets that enhance user engagement and brand visibility.

The candidate should be capable of thinking beyond the brief, bringing fresh concepts to life, and aligning with modern design standards.

Qualifications The successful candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design,



with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is essential. A good understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, and layout principles, is required.

The ability to independently generate ideas and translate them into impactful visual assets is crucial. Candidates should also be receptive to feedback and eager to improve their skills continuously. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution: Develop visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces that align with branding guidelines and modern web standards. Create engaging blog feature images, content visuals, and supporting graphics that enhance the overall user experience. Ensure consistency in design elements such as colors, typography, and layouts across various digital properties.

Creative Thinking (Core Requirement): Proactively analyze brands, competitors, and current design trends to suggest cutting-edge ideas.



Think beyond the immediate requirements to improve the overall visual output. Bring fresh, creative concepts to web and content-driven designs that resonate with target audiences.

Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. Maintain clear communication to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality standards. Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
