Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee will support day-to-day operations across multiple business functions, including customer support, marketing, and platform coordination. This is a full-time remote role, where the trainee will assist in managing user inquiries, scheduling and coordinating mock interview sessions with industry experts, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

The role involves collecting and analyzing user feedback, preparing basic reports, and contributing to process improvements and current initiatives.



The trainee may also help create and update training materials, assist with social media and outreach activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, professionals, and industry experts.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to collect data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Comfort with online tools and digital platforms, including video conferencing, collaboration software, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with teammates in a virtual setting.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Interest in career development, education technology, or talent management is an advantage.
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
