Prajapati NexaTech is hiring Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives for our GPT Astra 6 AI Rental service.

The selected candidates will communicate with potential customers, explain GPT Astra 6 features and rental plans, answer basic queries, follow up with interested prospects, and help convert qualified leads into paying customers.

This role includes both Inbound and Outbound Calling.

Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Calling

- Receive calls from customers interested in GPT Astra 6.
- Understand the customer's requirements.
- Explain available rental/subscription plans clearly.
- Demonstrate the basic perks and use cases of GPT Astra 6.
- Answer customer questions professionally.
- Follow up with customers who need additional information.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.

Outbound Calling
- Call potential customers and business leads.
- Introduce GPT Astra 6 and its rental plans.
- Identify customers who can benefit from AI tools.
- Generate interest and schedule follow-ups/demos where required.
- Convert qualified leads into paid customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.

Ideal Candidate
- Good communication skills.
- Hindi communication is required.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.




- Able to understand customer requirements and explain products.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Sales-oriented and target-focused.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
