#Job Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and optimize Google Search, PMax, Shopping & YouTube Ads
- Scale campaigns while improving ROAS, CPA and conversions
- Perform keyword, audience and competitor research
- Monitor conversion tracking, GA4 and campaign performance
- Analyze data and implement performance-driven strategies
- Independently manage Google Ads accounts and ad budgets

#Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 and conversion tracking
- Experience in scaling campaigns and improving ROAS/CPA
- D2C, e-commerce, or Lead Generation experience preferred
- Robust analytical skills and ability to take ownership of accounts
