What You'll Do

BCG is transforming the way we deliver on our customer relationship management agenda. As the EventBridge Engineering & App Integration Engineer for our end-to-end client platform, you will provide the integration engineering capacity needed to connect a wide set of systems, as well as delivering on the implementation of our eventbridge platform itself.

This programme requires simultaneous integration engineering across a wide set of connected enterprise systems spanning CRM, contract management, finance, and HR. Each of these requires its own integration design, API configuration, and testing in parallel with the event layer being built. This role provides the capacity to run these workstreams concurrently rather than sequentially, ensuring key delivery milestones remain achievable.

- Design, build, and test integrations across a range of connected enterprise systems spanning CRM, contract management, finance, and HR.
- Own API configuration and integration design for each connected system, working in a connected approach on the event architecture.




- Run integration workstreams concurrently across systems to keep the programme's delivery milestones on track.
- Test each integration touchpoint end to end to ensure data flows correctly between the client platform and its connected systems. Delivering automated testing where possible.
- Partner closely with the EventBridge Engineer to ensure integration patterns are consistent with the target event-driven architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments, escalating architectural risks where needed.
- Document integration designs and configurations to support maintainability and handover as the platform matures.

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrable experience in integration engineering for large internal or enterprise platforms.
- Experience with the following technologies:
- integration design and API configuration across CRM, contracting, ERP, or HR systems.
- Ideally experience of MS Dynamics, SAP, and Azure functions.

- Working knowledge and experience of event-driven architecture (e.g. AWS EventBridge, message brokers) is critical.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC principles, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner across engineering, product, and system-owner teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Commercial Technology & Services team, embedded in the client platform engineering squad. You will partner closely with Product, the Lead Engineer, and engineers working on platform integrations and front end delivery,



as well as the wider teams that depend on our core client relationship management systems. Together, you'll deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that support BCG's global relationship management technology.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

- Designing and building integrations across a wide range of enterprise systems (CRM, contracting, ERP, HR).
- Working in parallel across multiple integration workstreams without becoming a bottleneck to the core platform build.
- API configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across environments.
- AWS Eventbridge and standard function engineering.
- Collaborating closely with engineering teams to keep integration patterns consistent with the target architecture.
- Prioritizing and sequencing work to hit concurrent delivery deadlines across several systems.
- Clear documentation and handover of integration designs.
