Role Description The German Language Teacher will deliver engaging, structured lessons to learners at various proficiency levels, following Fluent Fast Academy’s curriculum and teaching standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting in-person classes, preparing lesson materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development.

The role also involves creating a supportive classroom environment, integrating interactive activities, and collaborating with the team to enhance teaching methodologies and course content.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India,



requiring regular classroom teaching and active participation in academic activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to instruct learners of diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including the ability to design structured, level-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Literature and German cultural topics to enrich classroom content and discussions.
- Proficiency in German (spoken and written), ideally at an advanced or near-native level, with clear, comprehensible communication skills.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in German, Linguistics, Education, or related field, or equivalent certification in German language teaching.
- Prior experience teaching German in classroom or coaching settings, with the ability to manage groups and individual learners effectively.
- Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, maintain punctuality, and contribute to curriculum development and academic initiatives.
