Role Description The Generative AI Engineer will design, develop, and optimize AI models that enhance live commentary, content creation, and fan engagement experiences on Criclive.in. This is a full time, on-site role based in Janakpuri, where the engineer will collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to build and integrate generative AI solutions into the platform.

Day-to-day tasks include prototyping and training models, preparing and refining datasets, evaluating performance, and deploying AI systems to production. The role also involves monitoring model outputs for quality, implementing prompt engineering best practices, and ensuring responsible and bias-aware AI usage. The engineer will participate in feature brainstorming,



contribute to technical documentation, and support ongoing improvements to user-facing AI-driven features.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including experience with generative models (e.g., transformers, LLMs, diffusion models).
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with data processing and preparation, including collecting, cleaning, labeling, and structuring text or multimedia datasets for training.
- Skills in model evaluation and optimization, including experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, performance monitoring, and iterative improvement.
- Understanding of MLOps practices, including version control, deployment workflows, and integrating AI models into production systems or APIs.
- Ability to work closely with product and content teams to translate cricket-focused business needs into practical AI solutions and features.
- Awareness of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and safe deployment of generative models in consumer-facing applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, sports-centric environment.
