Role Description The General Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, revenue growth, client acquisition, business development, and performance of the Sales team.

The role requires a strong travel-industry professional who can build corporate and institutional relationships, develop new markets, strengthen existing business, lead the sales team, and ensure achievement of the company's annual revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management,



Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Travel & Tourism, preferably with significant experience in corporate sales.
- At least 5 years in a managerial/leadership position.
- Strong experience in corporate travel, holidays, group travel, MICE, or related travel products.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong corporate networking and relationship-building ability.
- Proven team leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, and market trends.
