1. Job Purpose The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations of Himalaya Refrigeration, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and achievement of organizational objectives.
The role requires a strategic business leader capable of managing multiple departments, developing business strategies, optimizing resources, improving profitability, and building a high-performance organizational culture.
The General Manager will serve as a key link between the senior management and departmental heads, ensuring effective implementation of company policies and business plans.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
