Key Responsibilities

- Division Leadership: Drive the overall business strategy and operational success of the Non-Pharma machinery division.
- Business Development: Identify and capture recent market opportunities in the Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, Dairy, and Chemical sectors, both domestically and internationally.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Lead high-level negotiations, build strategic partnerships with key FMCG players, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with design, production, and service teams to ensure non-pharma turnkey projects (e.g., oil filling lines, cosmetic bottling, dairy packaging) are delivered on time and to specification.
- Market Strategy: Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to guide R&D; in developing innovative packaging solutions tailored for non-pharma applications.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of sales engineers, project managers, and technical staff to achieve division targets.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MBA in Operations, Marketing, or General Management is highly preferred).
- Experience: 7-10 years of leadership experience in business development, sales, or division management within the capital goods, packaging machinery, or FMCG equipment industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the packaging requirements, hygiene standards, and market dynamics of the Food, Cosmetic, and Chemical sectors.
- Leadership: Proven track record of scaling a business unit, managing P&L;, and leading high-performing teams.
- Communication: Exceptional executive-level presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
