Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven General Manager to lead daily operational functions, direct cross-departmental teams, and execute key business growth strategies. The successful candidate will maintain complete oversight of administrative performance, manage budgets and P&L; statements, and foster high standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Direct daily business operations across departments, streamlining processes to maximize efficiency and service quality.

- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Formulate operational budgets, manage profit and loss (P&L;), monitor key financial performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.

- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate department managers, establishing clear performance goals and fostering a culture of accountability.

- Strategic Growth: Partner with senior executives to design and execute long-term strategic plans, market expansions, and commercial initiatives.





- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with local industry regulations, company policies, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Proven track record with 5–10 years in senior management or operational leadership roles.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.

- Key Skills: Solid P&L; and financial management abilities, exceptional conflict resolution skills, strategic decision-making, and team leadership.

- Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication capabilities for working with key clients, partners, and internal executive leadership.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
