General Manager – Accounts & Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Accounts & Finance to manage and lead the complete Finance & Accounts function. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, treasury, banking and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger and Fixed Assets.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and conduct variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and banking operations.
- Manage statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Handle banking relationships, loan documentation and fund planning.
- Establish financial controls, SOPs and process improvements.




- Drive ERP-based accounting and financial process automation.
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements
- MBA Finance / M.Com.
- 8–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial Reporting and Audits.
- Solid experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS and Treasury.
- Experience with Tally Prime, SAP or other ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Industry

Experience in Automobile Dealership, Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail or Trading industries will be preferred.

Job Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
