Versatile Game Developer — Any Platform → Roblox Studio | Arise Group

Arise Group is growing ? We're building fast-paced, trend-driven multiplayer games (including Anime Bomb Tag and Katana Arena) with an active, engaged player base — and we're looking for a versatile developer to help us raise the bar even further.

About the Role

We need an all-around game developer who can move fluidly between UI/UX animation and general gameplay development. You don't need Roblox experience going in — we'll transition you into Roblox Studio once you're up to speed. What matters more is that you build with a modern, rapid-paced sensibility and genuinely understand what makes today's games — and today's players — tick.

What You'll Do

- Design and animate polished, snappy UI (menus, HUDs, transitions, micro-interactions)
- Build gameplay systems and features end-to-end
- Bring current trends, aesthetics, and player expectations into everything you touch
- Collaborate with our dev team across live titles




- Help translate your existing skill set into our Roblox pipeline

What We're Looking For

- Experience with at least one major game engine/environment (Unity, Unreal, Godot, or similar) — platform is flexible, fundamentals aren't
- Strong UI animation chops — timing, easing, feel
- A genuine pulse on Gen Z gaming trends and culture — you play (or deeply follow) the games shaping what's popular right now
- Versatility across the stack — not siloed into one lane
- Willingness to learn Roblox Studio/Luau

Nice to Have

- Roblox Studio / Luau experience
- A portfolio of shipped games or prototypes
- Multiplayer/live-service experience
