FullStack Lead engineer for a Fintech Project

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Noida/ Bangalore

Hybrid Mode - 3 days per week from office

Responsibilities

- Define the development plan and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
- Design, build, test and maintain the new and existing features with high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
- Focus on achieving the best possible performance, quality, and uptime of the application by:
- Identifying and solving bottlenecks or bugs.
- Ensuring code with high quality, readability, and structure.
- Implementing smart automation (when relevant).
- Creating and updating technical documentation to ensure service continuity.
- You embed agile and development best practices in your daily work.

Candidate Profile: 10 years of relevant experience in below skills

Mandatory Skills:

- Java, Spring Boot
- JavaScript, ReactJS (at least 3 years of experience)
- SQL and Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Kubernetes/Openshift
- DevOps Best practices
- Tools: GITLAB/GITHUB, Maven

Valuable to have Skills:

- Apache Kafka
- Elastic Stack: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats)
- Reactive programming
- Event sourcing
- Jenkins
- SonarQube
