- Lightweight Backend Development (20%): Design, build, and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js to support frontend functionalities.
- AI-Augmented Workflows: Utilize AI coding assistants strategically to accelerate writing boilerplate, debugging, and drafting code,



while maintaining strict quality control over the final output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Frontend Mastery: 3+ years of professional experience building web apps with React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components, etc.).
- Foundational Backend: Solid understanding of Node.js, Express, and API routing.
- Database Knowledge: Experience integrating applications with MongoDB (Mongoose).
- Code Quality: Strong Git discipline, understanding of clean code principles, and an eye for scalable folder structures.
- AI Literacy: Demonstrated ability to use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT to speed up delivery without sacrificing code logic or security.
