Job Profile: Technical Architect

Location: Gurgaon/ Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Lead – Full Stack Engineer to drive technical discovery, application assessment, architecture validation, modernization, and full-stack delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ASP.NET/.NET Core, C#, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, along with experience leading engineering teams and modernizing legacy enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

· Review and assess existing enterprise applications, particularly ASP.NET/.NET application landscapes, and identify modernization opportunities.

· Perform code reviews, architecture assessments, and technical due diligence.

· Validate technical assumptions, effort estimates,



dependencies, and project risks.

· Define scalable application architecture and integration approaches.

· Design and develop backend services using C#/.NET and Node.js.

· Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs for enterprise applications and integrations.

· Contribute to React.js-based frontend development where required.

· Design and implement secure application solutions using modern authentication and authorization mechanisms.

· Collaborate with architects, business analysts, designers, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.

· Lead technical and code reviews and establish engineering best practices.

· Mentor and guide development teams and provide technical direction throughout the SDLC.

· Support CI/CD, deployment, performance optimization, scalability, and production readiness.

· Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective solutions.

· Contribute to technical documentation, architecture decisions, API specifications, and design documentation.

Must Have skills

· 9+ years of experience in software/full-stack development with significant experience in technical leadership.

· Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, and C#.





· Experience developing backend services using Node.js.

· Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

· Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and data modeling.

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

· Robust understanding of authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and Microsoft Entra ID.

· Experience reviewing, assessing, and modernizing legacy enterprise applications.

· Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, distributed systems, and integration approaches.

· Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and production readiness.

Preferred Qualification

· Hands-on experience with React.js.

· Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.

· Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

· Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

· Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

· Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience migrating enterprise web applications.

· Experience working with Drupal integrations, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), or enterprise CMS implementations.

· Experience with franchise or multi-tenant platforms is an added advantage.

· Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles.
