Xuman.AI is a social app where people post content about what they are open to sharing and experiencing. Someone can discover them by scrolling, and if it resonates and vibes with them, they can connect instantly.

On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into one system.

Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.

The founder's vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections.

Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and live on both app stores. We are past the building phase and into distribution: getting it in front of real users and turning it into a repeatable business.

Why this role matters:

Building a product from zero is experience you can find at almost any company. So is maintaining one that has already scaled. The stage in between is rare: a live product meeting real users, where fast, focused iteration decides what someone feels the first time they open it. Xuman.AI is in that stage now, and this role builds that first experience, end to end.

What you'll own:

- Features built end to end: screen, endpoint, data model, migration

- Flows people depend on: discovery, booking,



scheduling, checkout, rescheduling

- What happens when they break, including cancellation and refund paths

- Your work after it ships, not only until it merges

- Real decisions about how your part of the product is built

Must have:

- Two to three years full stack, shipping to production

- Solid production React, and a Node backend behind it with a real database

- TypeScript on both ends. Our stack is TypeScript end to end.

- REST APIs you designed and did not break for the people calling them

- A relational database you modelled yourself. Ours is PostgreSQL with Prisma.

- You handle the failure path: timeouts, retries, and the state a user is left in

- Dates and time zones done correctly, because a booking is two people and one clock

- You care what happens after the merge, not only whether it merged

- Comfortable reading a service you did not write before you change it

- You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional; this is how we work.
