About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of our entire technology stack. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining our appointment booking systems, form automation bots, and AI-powered operational agents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable web applications, experience working with cloud infrastructure, and a deep understanding of browser automation and AI integrations. You will be responsible for creating seamless user interfaces, robust backend services, and deploying intelligent agents that perform complex operational tasks with minimal human intervention. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of automation within the education sector, working on innovative projects that leverage AI, cloud computing, and modern development practices.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in developing and maintaining applications involving appointment booking, form automation, and AI-driven operations.
- Strong understanding of browser automation challenges, including dynamic layouts, session management, and workflow interruptions.




- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and deploying AI agents in production environments.
- Proficiency in AWS services, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cost management.
- Expertise in front-end technologies such as Next.js, React, and TypeScript, alongside backend development in Node.js and Python.
- Experience working with databases like PostgreSQL and Redis, and containerization using Docker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, code reviews, and automated deployment strategies.
- Ability to design intuitive user interfaces independently, even without dedicated design resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to define practical project scopes and timelines.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement appointment booking bots capable of monitoring availability, handling retries, session expiry, and confirming bookings efficiently.
- Develop application-filling bots that navigate multi-step forms, verify information, upload documents, and track submission statuses.
- Create and deploy AI agents utilizing knowledge bases, browsing capabilities, and cross-tool integrations to automate day-to-day operational tasks.
- Build polished, user-friendly interfaces with Next.js, while owning the underlying APIs, databases, and background services.




- Make informed decisions on AWS architecture to ensure system reliability, security, cost-effectiveness, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, set up monitoring and alerting systems, and maintain operational support post-launch to meet reliability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Review, debug, and improve codebases, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with project goals.
