We are now strengthening our product engineering capability to convert our existing MVP applications into secure, scalable, production-ready SaaS products connected to REOR’s dedicated cloud SQL database and data architecture.

Role Objective

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Product Engineer who will work closely with our technology and data team to convert REOR’s existing MVP applications into stable, scalable and production-ready systems.

The engineer will be responsible for building the production application layer around REOR’s existing data models, algorithms and dedicated cloud SQL database.

The role requires strong ownership across frontend development, backend APIs, database integration, cloud deployment, security and application performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesMVP to Production

- Convert existing MVP applications into production-ready software.
- Review and restructure existing application code where required.
- Improve code quality, modularity, maintainability and performance.
- Build production-grade frontend and backend architecture.
- Develop reusable application components across REOR modules.
- Move applications through Development, UAT and Production environments.
- Ensure applications are stable enough for deployment across multiple retail clients.

Frontend Development
- Build and maintain up-to-date web applications using React and TypeScript .
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
- Convert business workflows into intuitive product experiences.
- Create reusable components across planning, inventory and analytics modules.
- Optimize frontend performance for large retail datasets.

Backend & API Development
- Build scalable backend services using C# / ASP.NET Core / .NET .




- Develop REST APIs connecting the application with REOR’s data and business logic.
- Build secure API layers for frontend applications.
- Integrate REOR’s forecasting, allocation, replenishment and optimization engines into the product.
- Develop third-party integrations with ERP, POS, WMS and other client systems.

Cloud SQL & Data Integration
- Work extensively with REOR’s dedicated cloud SQL database .
- Develop efficient SQL queries, stored procedures and data-access services.
- Integrate frontend and backend applications with cloud-hosted SQL infrastructure.
- Work with large datasets including sales, inventory, stores, products, warehouses and transactions.
- Optimize queries and application performance for high-volume retail data.
- Work closely with the data team on database structures and application data requirements.

Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment
- Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
- Configure development, UAT and production environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Manage application configuration and environment variables.
- Use Docker/containerization where appropriate.
- Implement application monitoring, logging and alerts.
- Support backup and recovery processes.

SaaS Architecture
- Help evolve REOR into a scalable multi-client SaaS platform.
- Develop client-specific configurations without creating separate application codebases.
- Implement secure tenant and customer data separation.
- Build user and organization management capabilities.
- Implement role-based access control and permissions.
- Design scalable application components that can support increasing numbers of customers and users.

Security & Reliability




- Implement secure authentication and authorization.
- Implement JWT/OAuth-based authentication where appropriate.
- Develop role-based access controls.
- Follow secure API development practices.
- Protect sensitive database credentials and application secrets.
- Build proper error handling and application logging.
- Monitor and resolve production issues.
- Improve application reliability and performance.

Required Technical SkillsMust Have
- 2–4 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong React experience.
- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript .
- Strong C# / ASP.NET Core / .NET .
- Strong SQL Server / Cloud SQL knowledge.
- Experience building REST APIs.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and databases.
- Git / GitHub.
- Understanding of cloud application deployment.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization.
- Ability to debug and improve existing applications.
- Good understanding of application architecture and software engineering practices.
