Black Arrow Technologies builds websites, e-commerce stores and AI automation for businesses. We build with AI every day, and we are hiring a developer who already does too.

What you will do

- Build and ship client websites, web apps and internal tools.
- Use AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor and ChatGPT to build quick, and review what they write before it ships.
- Build agentic AI workflows and automations: connecting CRMs, WhatsApp, forms, ads and sheets with APIs and tools like n8n.
- Integrate LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) into real products.
- Deploy and maintain what you build.

You will do well here if
- You have 3+ years of real development experience, and you understand the code AI writes for you.
- You use Claude, ChatGPT and AI coding tools daily and know where they go wrong.




- You have built at least one AI agent or automation that people actually use.
- You like shipping small, working things quickly over planning big ones.

Salary: ₹4.5 LPA to ₹6 LPA, fixed, based on experience.

Location: BHIVE Workspace, MG Road, Bengaluru (next to Trinity Metro). On-site, full time, 5 days a week.

Screening: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to share one thing they built with AI (a link or repo) and a 2-minute screen recording explaining how they built it.
