The ideal candidate is expected to have -
A go getter who is ready to go all extra miles to meet multiple New Prospective advisor and create a robust channel base.
Min 2 yers of agency sales experience in Life , Health or General Insurance.
Min Graduation, MBA will be preferred.

1. Prospecting & Creation of stong agents base.Agents Licensing at the level of 5 to 6 per month for first 6 months.
2. Agents Training on Product & Process.
3. Agents Activations as per defined Objectives
4. Achievements of Gwp as per defined Objectives
