- Handle enquiries, calls, and membership-related queries.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective members.
- Explain membership plans, services, and offers.
- Convert leads/enquiries into memberships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain member records and daily front-desk reports.
- Coordinate with trainers and the management team.
- Ensure a qualified and positive experience for all members. ? Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Strong sales and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
