We are looking for a confident, polite, and customer-oriented Front Desk & Telemarketing Executive to manage incoming calls at the resort, assist guests with enquiries and bookings, and proactively handle marketing and sales calls. The candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into room bookings, corporate bookings, weddings, events, and other resort business opportunities. Key Responsibilites - Attend and manage all incoming calls to the resort professionally.

Handle guest enquiries regarding rooms, tariffs, availability, packages, dining, events, and resort facilities . Assist customers with room reservations and coordinate with the concerned department. Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.

Make outbound marketing calls to potential customers, companies, travel agents, corporates, and event clients. Explain resort facilities, packages,



offers, and services to prospective customers. Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly to convert them into confirmed bookings.

Persuade and engage potential customers through skilled communication and effective sales techniques. Generate leads for corporate stays, offsites, weddings, events, group bookings, and stay packages . Coordinate with the Sales, Front Office, Reservations, and Operations teams.

Skills - Excellent communication and telephone etiquette. Good Hindi and English communication skills. Pleasant personality and confident speaking ability. Strong persuasion and sales skills. Ability to handle multiple calls and enquiries efficiently.
