Operations: Book shipments with airlines, shipping lines, and trucking companies. Prepare and manage shipping papers like Bills of Lading, invoices, and customs forms. Track cargo movements and give updates to clients. Solve problems with delays or documentation issues quickly.
Requirements: Experience: 2 to 3 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of air, sea, and land freight. Valuable computer skills (MS Office & email).
