About the Opportunity ansrsource is looking for experienced FinTech Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) based in India to contribute to the development of practical, engaging online learning programs for a global professional audience.

We are currently seeking experts across the following areas:

- Agentic AI in Financial Services
- FinTech Engineering & Real-Time Payments Systems
- Regulation & Compliance Strategy for FinTech
- Data Science in Finance: Forecasting, Experimentation & Optimization

We are particularly interested in professionals who can bring strong hands-on industry experience and translate real-world expertise into clear, practical learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will:

- Review, enhance and contribute to course content in your area of expertise
- Provide practical industry insights, examples and real-world use cases
- Collaborate with our learning design team to develop high-quality online courses
- Validate technical and industry-specific content for accuracy and relevance
- Help ensure learning content reflects current industry practices
- Record video content, demonstrations or explanations to bring key concepts to life for learners

What We're Looking For
- Strong professional experience in one or more of the listed FinTech domains




- Hands-on experience applying relevant technologies, frameworks, tools or industry practices
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a professional audience
- Confidence and comfort presenting on camera
- Strong ability to communicate practical, real-world perspectives
- Comfortable collaborating with learning designers and content development teams

For senior and advanced-level topics , deep production experience and the ability to speak confidently from real-world practice will be especially valuable.
