We are looking for Freelance Marketing & Lead Generation Associates to promote our consultancy and generate organic student leads.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Visit coaching centres, training institutions, company campuses, schools, and colleges.
- Promote Rootkraft Edu Consultancy and our services.
- Connect with students, parents, institutions, and relevant contacts.
- Generate organic leads through offline/online marketing and networking.
- Share information about our career counselling and admission services.
- Coordinate with our team and forward genuine leads for further counselling.
- No career counselling is required from the freelancer. Our counselling team will handle the students.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication.
- Native/local language speaker.




- Confident and comfortable approaching institutions and students.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
- Marketing, sales, education, or business development experience is an advantage.

Work Type: Freelance / Part-time

Work Schedule: 1–2 days per week
