HIRING: Fractional CFO / Part-Time CFO – E-commerce & D2C Company: VM Ventures | ARTISTQUE Location: Delhi NCR | Hybrid / Part-Time Engagement: Consulting / Monthly Retainer We are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO / Part-Time CFO to work closely with the founder and provide strategic financial direction to our growing multi-channel e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities - Management MIS & financial performance review - Cash-flow forecasting and working-capital planning - Channel-wise profitability analysis – Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce - SKU/category-level contribution margin analysis - Inventory and purchasing economics - Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis - Cost optimization and identification of financial leakages - Debt,



credit and capital-allocation decisions - Strengthening financial controls and reporting systems - Providing actionable financial insights directly to the founder Who We're Looking For - CA / senior finance professional preferred - 12–20+ years of relevant finance experience - Previous experience as CFO / Finance Head / Financial Controller preferred - Strong exposure to E-commerce, D2C, Retail or Consumer Products - Strong understanding of marketplace economics, inventory and working capital - Ability to convert financial data into transparent business decisions Important: This is a strategic finance role and not a bookkeeping/accounting position. Our internal accounts team will manage day-to-day accounting and compliance.

Engagement

Structure - Part-time / Fractional CFO engagement on a monthly retainer - 1–2 structured calls per week with the founder/team - Detailed monthly financial & MIS review - Periodic strategic discussions for important financial/business decisions - Additional consultation for critical financial matters, as mutually agreed Professionals currently working independently as Fractional CFOs / Virtual CFOs are encouraged to connect.
