Company Description Nivaro Health Technologies is an MSME-registered, mission-driven startup focused on improving primary healthcare access in rural India. The organization addresses the gap where most of the population lives in villages while the majority of doctors are based in urban areas. By combining smart technology with a trusted local presence, Nivaro connects rural families with qualified doctors and genuine medicines within their communities.

The company aims to shift rural healthcare from emergency response to preventive care, emphasizing trust, access, and affordability. Nivaro is currently incubated and piloting its model in Uttar Pradesh, working to build a healthier Bharat village by village.

Role Description The Founding Member role is a full-time, in office position based in Kanpur. In this role, the individual will help shape strategy, drive local operations, and contribute to building and refining Nivaro’s healthcare delivery model in rural communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and field research, engaging with local stakeholders, and supporting the design and rollout of outreach, sales, and awareness campaigns.

The role involves collaborating with healthcare partners, coordinating with internal teams,



and monitoring key performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth and impact.

The Founding

Member will also participate in fundraising and partnership discussions, represent the organization in meetings and community forums, and help build a strong, mission-aligned team culture.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, field insights, and operational metrics.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with rural communities, partners, and internal teams.
- Sales and marketing skills to drive outreach, patient acquisition, and local engagement initiatives.
- Research skills to conduct market studies, user interviews, and impact assessments.
- Demonstrated interest in or experience with healthcare, social impact, or rural development.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur and travel to nearby rural areas as needed.
- Self-driven, adaptable mindset suited to an early-stage startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, social sciences, engineering, or a related field; relevant experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
