About Naume

Naume Beauty is an emerging beauty brand built for real life - everyday routines, changing plans, and the moments in between.

We’re currently in our launch phase, building everything from products and packaging to retail, content, partnerships, and customer experience. Joining Naume at this stage means being part of the brand from the ground up and working closely with the founder as we take it to market and scale.

The Role

We’re looking for someone curious, sharp and highly hands-on to join the Founder’s Office.

This isn’t a narrowly defined role. You’ll work across different parts of the business and get an inside view of what it takes to build a beauty brand from scratch.

You could be

- Researching beauty trends, competitors and current product opportunities
- Sampling and evaluating new products, formulations and packaging
- Coordinating with manufacturers, designers, agencies and other partners
- Supporting launches, shoots, events, retail activations and partnerships
- Creating briefs,



presentations and reports
- Tracking timelines, projects and key business priorities
- Helping solve the many unexpected problems that come with building an early-stage brand

Who We're Looking For

Someone who

- Is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Has strong research, analytical and communication skills
- Has a genuine interest in beauty, consumer brands and culture
- Can move between strategic thinking and getting things done
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Has strong PowerPoint/Slides and spreadsheet skills
- Is based in or able to work on-site in New Delhi

A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in startups, consulting, operations, marketing or consumer brands is a plus - but curiosity, initiative and strong execution matter more. If you want to understand how a beauty brand is actually built, from product samples to launch day, you’ll get to see and work on all of it.
