What You’ll Be Doing

Think of this role as a mix of business development, strategy, marketing, and operations. Some days, you’ll be researching new growth opportunities or reaching out to potential clients. Other days, you might be working on partnerships, writing content, refining our outreach strategy, or experimenting with new ways to get us in front of the right people. It’s a little bit of everything—and that’s the best part.

Some things you’ll work on:

- Bringing in new clients – Researching, reaching out, and closing partnerships
- Building relationships – Engaging with students, parents, and partners
- Running marketing & outreach – Managing LinkedIn, emails, and social media
- Creating content – Writing, storytelling, and crafting compelling messages
- Figuring things out – Market research, competitive analysis, and strategy
- Making things run smoother – Finding ways to streamline operations and improve how we work

You don’t need to be an expert in all of these, but you need to be the kind of person who figures things out.

- Compensation: INR 5,000 + performance-based incentives / month
