About the Role You will work directly with the founder on the company's highest-priority initiatives. This is a builder's seat: a single operator trusted across product, engineering, design, go-to-market, and research. The operating model is distinctive, and we want candidates to understand it before applying.

You will be given an ambitious objective, meaningful resources, and the support of every team at Lyzr. What you will not be given is a playbook. Guidance is intentionally minimal; expectations on outcomes are explicit and firm.

You should expect to run three to four such workstreams in parallel. This is not a chief of staff position or a rotational program. It is a hands-on operating role for someone who builds.

What You'll Do The scope evolves with the company's priorities. Representative outcomes owned by this role, recent and upcoming, include:

- Designing and launching a product positioning page
- Designing, executing, and measuring an outbound campaign across 10,000 qualified prospects
- Building a talent map of leading AI labs and sourcing candidates for critical roles
- Delivering market research that ends in a clear, defensible recommendation
- Driving a strategic partner negotiation end to end, including international travel where the deal requires it The breadth is deliberate; it is the defining feature of the role. Who You Are Minimum requirements
- You build end to end and independently, from initial idea to shipped product, and you build rapid: days to a working version, not weeks to a plan.
- You write production-quality code, and you use AI tooling to move faster while applying rigorous judgment to its output
- You understand agent loop engineering and harness engineering:



how to structure the loop an agent runs in, design its tool surface, manage its context, and build the harness and evaluations that prove it works
- You have strong design sensibility and can articulate and defend design decisions
- You study products as a habit: you take apart what the best teams ship, understand why it works, and carry those patterns into your own decisions
- You have real product sense: you can use a product and articulate precisely why it works or fails, decide what to build next and what to cut, and defend those calls with reasoning grounded in users and evidence rather than opinion
- You are the person who notices when a flow has one screen too many, when a feature solves the builder's problem instead of the user's, and when polish matters more than another capability
- You have personally planned, executed, and measured go-to-market campaigns
- You can influence and mobilize people who do not report to you
- You operate with a high degree of autonomy and resolve blockers yourself Preferred qualifications
- Experience at an early- or growth-stage company where you owned outcomes across multiple functions
- Hands-on experience building agents of the GitAgent or Hermes class: long-running, tool-using systems that plan, act, and recover from failure
- Familiarity with the broader modern AI stack: LLM tooling, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation infrastructure
- A track record of initiating and shipping work beyond your formal mandate. Location : Bengaluru, on-site
