Rangmanch Hospitality & Leisure Pvt Ltd is the hospitality group behind Rangmanch Farms - a 20+ acre resort and events destination about 40 minutes from Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway, with multiple room styles, lawns and banquet, 80+ activities and in-house catering. The property hosts social events, corporate events and celebrations round the year.

The group is now planning to enter and expand into new verticals within Hospitality space (Resorts, theme parks, restaurants, weddings etc.).

What you will do The Founder’s Office Associate will spend 50% of the time on operational tasks and 50% of the time on important strategic initiatives.

This is how your typical quarter may look like:

- Autonomously lead special strategic projects given by the founder
- Industry analysis, Competitor research & tracking, state / city / site analysis
- Critically evaluate business opportunities and conduct due diligence on specific deals
- Critically evaluate each vertical and build out / refine the service offering set
- Build pitch decks, service offering collaterals, re-usable templates & assets
- Build and own various models (pricing model, inventory model, asset tracking etc.)
- Own Project management tracker and push to remove bottlenecks




- Build and own KPI dashboards across departments
- Lead strategic conversations with B2B partners for channel expansion
- Assist with Social media, UI/UX, Performance Marketing & SEO
- Build the Marketing and Sales team performance trackers
- Track and take action on guest reviews and ratings on various online platforms
- Identify, evaluate and build an interactive knowledge dashboard of suppliers / vendors across categories
- Manage branding and print collateral — brochures, signages, branding material etc.
- Lead initiatives to improve the guest experience (digital & physical)
- Write SOPs, coordinate between departments, help with hiring, and keep follow-ups moving

This is a mix of Strategy, business development, PR, Marketing, Ops - all sprinkled into one role.

No two days will be similar or boring - you'll be expected to wear many hats frequently and turn chaos into order.
