Founder's Office Intern at Syndie.io
Company: Syndie.io Location: Fully remote (India-based candidates) Type: Internship · Part-time friendly · 6 months Start: Immediate Openings: 2–3 Compensation: Paid The one-liner
We're looking for 2–3 hungry Founder's Office Interns to be the engine behind Syndie's growth: running outreach, taking demos, shipping content, and talking to users. This is a build-with-the-founder seat, not a fetch-coffee internship.
About us
Syndie.io is an AI SDR for LinkedIn and email. Most outreach tools get you to "sent" and stop — then the reply lands at 11pm and the deal cools. Syndie keeps going: it plans the outreach, writes every message, answers the reply, handles the objection, and books the meeting. Every claim it makes is checked against what you've taught it, so it never invents a fact in front of a prospect.
We're heads-down on our 4.0 launch, which introduces Syd — the AI SDR that does all of the above, and doubles as a copilot inside the product.
We're part of a small, fast-moving portfolio of SaaS products (alongside YoinkMe , which turns social comments into leads, and SyndieHR , an AI recruitment OS). That matters for you in the most direct way possible: you'll run Syndie's own outbound using Syndie. You're not learning modern GTM tooling by reading about it — you're the first user of the thing we sell, every single day, and what you learn goes straight back to the product team.
Who this is for
You're early in your career but you already have something to show : a page you grew, a freelance gig you landed, a campaign you ran, content you shipped, a side project you built. You don't need years of experience. You need proof that you make things happen. You're comfortable on camera, write clean English, and would rather own an outcome than be handed a checklist.
What you'll actually do
Here's the honest part: no single intern owns all of this. The areas below are the full scope of the founder's office. You'll own the ones that match your strengths, and the 2–3 of you will divide responsibilities as a team. Tell us in your application where you're strongest and we'll build your role around it.
Go-to-market & outreach
- Own day-to-day GTM execution for Syndie
- Build and run outbound campaigns in Syndie — lead lists, sequences, follow-ups across LinkedIn and email
- Test and iterate on outreach copy, hooks, and targeting to lift acceptance, reply,
and booking rates
- Be the sharpest critic of our own product: when Syd gets something wrong, you're the one who catches it
Demos & customer success
- Schedule and run product demo calls with prospects — founders, sales teams, and agencies
- Help current users get set up, connect their accounts, and answer product questions over chat/email
- Collect user feedback and feed it back to the product team as clear, actionable notes
Content & social
- Publish and manage social media posts across our channels
- Coordinate with our designer on social assets and creative
- Engage with our community: comments, DMs, inbound from social
Ops & research
- Handle day-to-day coordination that keeps the founder's office moving
- Run competitor and market research (Valley, lemlist, HeyReach, Dripify, and the broader AI-SDR space)
- Keep our CRM clean and track basic GTM metrics so we know what's working
- Draft help-center / FAQ / onboarding content as we scale support
What we're looking for
- Entry-level is fine, but bring at least one thing you've built, grown, or shipped
- Strong written and spoken English, and comfort taking video calls
- Genuine interest in startups, SaaS, growth, and sales
- Self-starter energy: you figure things out, ask sharp questions, and don't need hand-holding
- Organized enough to juggle outreach, demos, content, and support without dropping balls
Bonus points
- You've run outreach, sales, or lead-gen before (cold email, LinkedIn, DMs)
- You've grown a social account or created content that performed
- You've freelanced, run a side hustle, or shipped a personal project
- You're familiar with tools like Apollo, Instantly, lemlist, Clay, HubSpot, or similar
What you'll get
- A real Founder's Office seat with direct access to the founder and genuine ownership
- Hands-on experience across the entire GTM motion: outreach, demos, content, support, ops
- A front-row seat to a 4.0 launch — you'll see how a product gets positioned, priced, and taken to market
- Exposure to a portfolio of live SaaS products and modern growth tooling
- Fully remote with flexible schedule
- Internship certificate + letter of recommendation
- Potential to convert into a longer-term / full-time role for standout performers
How to apply Apply through LinkedIn Jobs , or directly via our hiring platform, SyndieHR .
Please answer the questions below as part of your application:
About you
1. Can you start immediately? (Yes/No)
2. How many hours per week can you reliably commit over the 6 months?
3. This role involves demo and support calls in English with a global customer base. Are you comfortable being on camera and speaking with international customers? (Yes/No)
4. Do you have a reliable laptop, internet, and a quiet space for calls? (Yes/No)
Why you 5. Why Syndie, and why a founder's office role specifically? (2–3 sentences) 6. Which area excites you most (GTM/outreach, demos, content/social, or support/ops), and why? (This helps us shape your role.) Show us 7. Share one thing you've built, grown, or shipped (page, campaign, freelance gig, content, side project), with a link and one line on the result. 8. Link to any social account, portfolio, or LinkedIn you actively manage. 9. Write a 2–3 sentence cold LinkedIn message you'd send to a founder or sales leader to get them to try Syndie. Then add one line: what would you say if they replied "we already use something like this" ?
Introduce yourself (required) 10. Record a short 2–5 minute video of yourself: tell us who you are and, specifically, how you'd contribute to Syndie. Share it as an unlisted YouTube / Google Drive / Loom link. We want to meet the real you, not a polished script.
A note on being genuine
Please answer everything in your own words: do not use AI to write your responses, your message, or your video script. We're not testing you against ChatGPT; we're trying to meet you . Honest, human, slightly imperfect answers will always beat a perfect AI-generated one, and we can usually tell the difference. Genuine effort is the single thing we care about most here.
(Yes, we build AI that writes outreach for a living. That's exactly why we know the difference — and why we want to hire the person, not the prompt.)
We review applications on a rolling basis and move fast. If you're the kind of person who reads a JD like this and thinks "I'd be great at this," show us.
