Role Description The Founder Assistant Intern role is a remote internship position supporting the founder in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and meetings, handling communication with partners and collaborators, and assisting with project planning and execution across marketing, operations, and brand development. The intern may conduct market and competitor research, prepare reports and presentations, and help organize digital assets and documentation. The role also involves contributing ideas for campaigns, product launches,



and community-building activities, while ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with the brand’s values.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to entrepreneurial decision-making, creative brand building, and lean startup operations.

Qualifications

- Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks in a remote setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and the ability to summarize information clearly.
- Basic research and analytical skills to gather data, identify trends, and present findings in a concise format.
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new digital tools quickly.
- Interest in fashion, streetwear, sustainability, or creative industries, with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with a small team, and adapt to changing priorities in a startup environment.
